It’s an approache that requires patience, regularity, a honest implication, and...teaching of great quality.
1. Our associative organisation is itinerary. We propose active
judo trainings for all judokas who want to learn more about
technics and to get a more complete knowledge of this discipline. A large choice of reputated experts of French, Japanese and other European backgrounds teach their practical knowledge with methods comprehensive to everybody.
2. Our methods are based on the ideas of teaching and
perfecting the technical basics, and thanks to these methods,
everybody can comprehend the principals of movements
through feeling. It’s a well balanced, progressive and
self-assuring method that leads to precise practice.
Its aim is not only efficiency, but also acquiring technical skills.
3. The above mentioned principals are also determining the other matial arts and practices. They are also the basic principals of the knowledge about better usage of energy, and better usage of energy means good and intelligent usage of the forces and resources. These pincipals have an universal scope (the laws and coordinations of movements, our own perceptive, dicisive and emotionnel faculties).
4. The elaboration of a methodology well adapted to children,
adolescents and adults is highly important for the transmission
of judo, of a judo that is rich and complete because of its history
and its tradition transmitted during more than 120 years.
The continuation of judo and its further development, depend
mainly from the experience of the teachers.
5. By teaching the laws of movement and studying the principals
of better usage of energy, we can help young and less young people to become conscient of something very current: “Energy ist also an heritage of humanity; it’s a resource that is not inexhaustible and that we must transmit and protect, rather than simply consumming it without moderation”...
6. Pleasure can become passion, and our group is growing.
More and more judokas, sharing a certain idea of judo are
joining us. What we have in common is certainly the will and
the pleasure to maintain a certain dynamic of progress, to
continue longtime on our way of learning, travelling and
discovering.
